This product, bought through Amazon from Computer Geeks, is a great Skype solution for a great price. I had been using a good headset made by Andrea (came packaged with IBM Via-Voice voice-recognition software), but the headset used USB for the mike and the sound-card out port for the earpiece. That resulted in delays and echoes that were unacceptable for most purposes, and calls were not full duplex. This puppy works as advertised: full duplex (both parties can speak and hear each other at the same time, step on each other's lines with no problem, just like regular old phone service). Sound quality is great. Ease of use is tops. Product fit, finish and design are all excellent. My only criticism, and it's not a complaint, is that the manual is written in what I think is a Chinese person's idea of English. You can understand it fine, but it's kind of a giggle. Anyway, I have smokin' cable broadband, so I can't speak for performance with, say, a slow DSL (some are fast, up to 3 mbps). But I am happy. Highly recommended.
